ROGERS WILL SELL BY AUCTION, on the Premises as above, on FRIDAY. the 29th of October, 1869, at 6 o'clock in the Evening, the whole of the HOUSEHOLD FURNITURE And other Effects Also, the fast and loose FIXTURES in Vaults and Smoking Room The Fixtures comprise an excellent modern 5-pull Beer Engine, with Piping and Brass Taps complete, Counter, Shelving, Show Casks, Bar Partition, Settles, strong Square Table, Gas Fittings, 2 Zinc Window Screens. &c. The Furniture, which are all good and nearly new, comprise all that is requisite for a first-class Inn. Bills will he shortly issued. For particulars apply to Mr. J. H. Rogers.
