The Licensing Act - Superintendent R. Lloyd, Llandyssil, appeared as complainant against David Thomas, licensed victualler, Aldergate Ystrad, on the charge of keeping his house open for the sale of intoxicating liquors during closing time on the 3rd March. Defendant admitted the offence. In consideration of its being the first offence, he was fined 5s. and costs. John Jenkins, Kennel Ystrad, and David. Jenkins, Fronles Ystrad, admitted to having been on the said premises during prohibited hours, and were each fined 5s and costs.
