Description: Transcript:CARDIGANSHIRE. TO BE SOLD BY AUCTION, WITHOUT RESERVE, BY MR. THOMAS DAVIES, At the SEAPORT of ABERPORTH, On Thursday, the 30th day of April, 1846, (By order of the Assignee,) The Property of the late Mr. William Jones Howell, of the above place, a Bankrupt, deceased, MODERN Household Furniture, Brewing Utensils, a very superior Bay Marc, 5 years old, fit for saddle or harness also, the unexpired term of a lease of 60 years, commencing 25th of March, 1837, at a ground rent, of and in all the Houses and Gardens, called TREWERN ARMS INN, with suitable Out-offices, a very convenient Cottage, recently built, fit for a genteel family also two other Cottages, Lime Kilns, a very convenient Coal Yard, with the land adjoining, called ABERPORTH BANK, containing about 4 acres, be the same more or less. The Household Furniture comprises Four-post Bedsteads, and Hangings, Feather-beds, Bolsters, Pillows, Counterpanes, Blankets, Wardrobes, Tables, Chairs, Writing-desks, Half-drawers, Dressing-tables, Wash-hand-stands, Eight-day Clock in Mahogany case, Shelves and Dressers, Table-cloths, Towels, Fire Irons, Fenders, with all other useful articles of Household Furniture too numerous to insert. Also a very large heap of rich manure, and a boat called the Mortimer. Credit will be given. The sale to commence at 12 o'clock. Henllan, 13th April, 1816.
