BRIDGE STREET & SHiPBUILDERS, ROW, ABERYSTWYTH Eligibly situated and newly built Leasehold premises for Sale. O. T. SMITH HAS been instructed by the Proprietor to offer for SALE by AUCTION, on TUESDAY. the 4th day of July. 1871, at the TALBOT HOTEL, Aberystwyth, at 3 o'clock in the afternoon. and subject to Conditions then to be produced and read, the following very desirable and newly erected LEASEHOLD PROPERTY, In such lots as shall be decided upon at the time of Sale, the commodious newly erected Brick and Stone DWELLING-HOUSE, in Bridge Street, adjoining the Masons Arms Inn, in the occupation of a respectable tenant, and containing Cellar, Parlour, Kitchen, Sitting Room, and 4 Bedrooms. At the back is a small Yard and W. C. Also, in Shipbuilders Row, adjoining the Masons' Arms, Four excellent and commodious COTTAGES, recently erected in a substantial manner, each containing four Rooms, and supplied with Water Tanks and Closets, and all let to respectable tenants at moderate rents. The above Property is held under a lease from.Col Powell, of which 57 years will be unexpired in September next. The Houses are all exceedingly well built, and offer a desirable opportunity either for occupation or investment.
