SOUTH WALES AND MONMOUTHSHIRE TEMPERANCE ASSOCIATION. The annual meetings of the South Wales and Monmouthshire Temperance Association will be held at Cardigan on Tuesday and Wednesday next. The annual conference will take place on Wednesday at Capel Mair, and Alderman Thomas Williams, the president, will take the chair.
