The Licensing Act,-Mary Evans, Maesglas, Dihewid, was charged by Supt. Williams, Newcastle Emlyn, with selling rum at Ffair Dalis Fach, Dihewid on the 12th November, which was not of the nature and quality required. Fined £2 and costs. Evan Lewis, Victoria Inn, Aberaeron, was charged by the same official with selling gin which was not of the substance required. Fined £2 and costs.
