NEW CROSS INN, NR. ABERYSTWYTH. MESSRS MORGAN AND ROBERTS have received instructions to sell by Public Auction at the Lion Royal Hotel on Monday, the 5th day of November next, at 2.30 o'clock in the afternoon, all that FULLY- LICENSED FREEHOLD PROPERTY known as NEW CROSS INN, situate about four miles from the town of Aberystwyth and on the drive known as the Panorama Drive between Aberystwyth and Crosswood. The house is stone built and slated, and contains Parlour, Smoke Room, Kitchen, Cellar, and three Bedrooms, together with outbuildings, Hay Shed, Cow House, Pigstye, stabling for four horses, and about half an acre of Garden.
