Evan Morgan, landlord of the Butcher's Arms, was summoned by P. C Joseph Lloyd with having been drunk on the 5th inst. Witness said he was duty near the town clock, when he saw defendant on the door of the Skinners' Arms, very drunk and noisy, challenging another person to fight. When asked to go home he abused witness very much. He afterward ascertained that the defendant had been turned out of the Skinners' Arms. - Fined 2s. 6d. and costs.
