Description: Report of an inquest at the Talbot on a tax-collector, Thomas Jenkins, whose body was found in the river after a night at the Talbot, drinking and playing his fiddle. Evidence given by Ellis Thomas, landlord of the Talbot, and Avarina Edwards, a servant at the Talbot. Christian Moser, a German clock-maker was originally suspected, but verdict was death by drowning.
