David Lloyd, of the Lamb public house, appeared to answer the complaint of police constable No. 1, for having his house open on Sunday morning last, and harbouring disreputable characters therein. The police constable stated that defendant had been brought up before their worships for a similar offence, and had often been cautioned to keep regular hours. His worship reprimanded the defendant, and cautioned him if it occurred again he would assuredly lose his licence.
