Also all that. Leasehold and smithy, with the appurtenances immediately adjoining the White Hart, in the occupation of David Jones,at the yearly rent of £7 The above premises are held under a lease originally granted for 90 years, 73 of which are yet unexpired, and are subject to the payment of an annual ground rent of £26, which will be equally apportioned on each Lot.
