All that Leasehold Messuage or Dwelling House, with the appurtenances thereunto belonging, called the "White Hart Inn, situate in College Street, in the said town of Lampeter, in the occupation of Mr. David Lewis' at the low yearly rent of £18. Also all that. Leasehold and smithy, with the appurtenances immediately adjoining the White Hart, in the occupation of David Jones,at the yearly rent of £7 The above premises are held under a lease originally granted for 90 years, 73 of which are yet unexpired, and are subject to the payment of an annual ground rent of £26, which will be equally apportioned on each Lot.
