ABERYSTWYTH DESIRABLE LEASEHOLD FULL-LICENSED PUBLIC HOUSE FOR SALE. MR J. J. GRIFFITHS has been instructed by the Representatives of the late Mrs Mary Beyston to SELL BY PUBLIC AUCTION at the Cross Foxes Inn, Mill Street, Aberystwyth, ON TUESDAY, JULY 16TH, 1895. At 3 o'clock in the afternoon (subject to conditions of Sale to be then read or produced) ALL THAT DESIRABLE LEASEHOLD FULL-LICENSED PUBLIC HOUSE CALLED THE CROSS FOXES INN. Situate in Mill Street, Aberystwyth, and held for the residue of a term of 30 years from the 12th November, 1886, at the yearly rent of £15. Together with the Licence and Goodwill of the business. The Purchaser will be required to take to the furniture and other effects in and about the premises at the price to be named by the Auctioneer at the time of Sale, and will be entitled to immediate possession upon payment of the purchase money.
