CARDIGANSHIRE. LEASEHOLD PROPERTY. TO BE SOLD BY AUCTION, In the Town of ABERAYRON, BY MR. JOHN JORDAN JONES, On WEDNESDAY, the 25th day of APRIL, 1855, ALL that old and commodious Inn and Hotel, called the MONACHTY ARMS, situated in the most convenient part of that flourishing and fast-improving Town and Sea Watering Place of Aberayron, wherein an extensive business is now, and has been for many years, carried on, comprising Parlours, 1 large Dining Room, 7 Bed Rooms, several Sitting Rooms, Kitchens, Pantry, 3 Underground Cellars, Brewing House, Stables, and Lock-up Coach House, Corn House, and every other convenience. Also, a Cottage belonging to the Monachty Arms, rented at present at the low yearly rent of £8.
