PONT-TWELLY, NEAR LLANDYSSUL. IMPORTANT SALE OF LEASEHOLD PROPERTY. MR. THOMAS JONES has received instructions to SELL by AUCTION, on the premises, Llandyssul, on Thursday, 19th of June, 1879, at Two o'clock in the afternoon (subject to such conditions of sale as shall be then and there produced), all that commodious and recently- built Dwelling-house, Shop, and Outbuildings, called THE TEMPERANCE HALL," situate in Llandyssul-street, Pont- twelly aforesaid, and now in the occupation of Mr William Davies, comprising on the ground floor, 1 kitchen, 1 shop, and 2 parlours on each of the first and second floors, 2 back bedrooms and 2 front ditto; and on the third floor, 1 attic. The outbuildings comprise a coal-house, scullery, dairy, coach-house, and stables. The premises, which are situate in immediate proximity to the Railway Station on the Llandyssul Terminus of the Carmarthen and Cardigan Railway, have only very recently been completed at an outlay of from £800 to £900, and command an exceptionally good position for any public business. The premises are held under a lease for the term of 80 years from the 29th day of September, 1876, at the low annual ground rent of £3 1s 6d.
