PRELIMINARY NOTICE. ABERAYRON, CARBIGANSHIRE. Valuable Seven Day Fully Licensed Premises (Leasehold) known as the VICTORIA INN. ABERAYRON To be Sold by Public Auction, unless previously disposed of by private treaty. All Tenders for purchase by private treaty to be received no later than Wednesday, March 1st, 1905, and to be sent in to the undersigned Auctioneers. This Old-Established Licensed House occupies a corner position in Victoria Street, and comprise of Bar (with cellar under), Smoke Room, Sitting Room, Kitchen, Scullery, 5 Bedrooms, Coach-house, Yard, and Stables.
