LLANBADARN-FAWR. PETTY SESSIONS, WEDNESDAY, Oct. 27th, before Mr J. T. Morgan and Mr B. E. Morgan. Morgan Hughes, Pwllhobi, was charged on an, adjourned summons with assaulting Edward Humphreys, Glandwr, Uchayndre, on the 25th- August. The offence was committed at the King's Arms, Llanbadarn-fawr, when some worda soccurred between the parties, and they came to blows, during which defendant bit a piece off one of complainant's fingers, and also fixed his teeth in the joint of another finger. Evidence in corroboration having been given by John Thomas, the landlord, defendant was fined 5s and costs.
