NORTH PARADE, ABERYSTWYTH. LEASEHOLD PROPERTY FOR SALE. MR. EDWARD ELLIS has been favoured with an order from the County Court of Cardigan- shire, to Sell by Auction, on Tuesday, the 3lst of July, 1877 at three o'clock in the afternoon, (subject to Conditions,) at the Talbot Hotel,Aberystwyth, all that very convenient Leasehold House and Premises formerly known as "The Feathers Inn," situate on -the North Parade, immediately opposite tho Temperance Hall, and now in the occupation of Mr David D. Evans, bookbinder.
The House contains a Cellar, Back Kitchen with good Workshop above, Yard, and Garden; on the first floor Parlour, Kitchen, and large Pantry, second floor, Sitting Room and 2 Bedrooms and on the Attic, 3 Bedrooms. The Property is held under a lease granted by the Corporation for the term of 75 years, from May 14th, 1832, at the low Ground Rent of £1 13s. per annum. Particular attention is called to this Property, as it offers a rare opportunity for investment, it being conveniently situated in one of the best thorough fares in the town.
