Transcript:
CARDIGAN. On Whit-Mondav, according to a custom of long standing, the opening of the Gubert Inn, at the Bar, took place with quoit playing, boating, and other athletic games. The place was numerously and most respectably attended, and all seemed to enjoy their festivities, and it appears that the old Welsh pastimes have not at all relinquished.
