Evans & Son Have been instructed to Sell by Auction, at the Crown Inn, Llwyndafydd, ON SATURDAY, OCTOBER 19th, 1907, At 1 p.m., subject to such Conditions as shall be there and then produced, all that Double Licensed Freehold House, Lands and Premises called the CROWN INN, LLWYNDAFYDD. In one or the following Lots. LOT I.-The Crown Inn and Lands, situated in the Village of Llwyndafydd, containing by ad- measurement 6 acres 1 rood 36 poles of Arable, Meadow and Pasture Land in good state of cultivation and of Southern aspect, intersected by the Main Road leading from Llangranog to New Quay. The Buildings consist of a Carnarvon-slated House with several Bedrooms, Out-kitchen, Stable, Storehouse, with other Buildings, and are situated in a convenient place for Business, being within 2 miles of Cwmtydu beach, 3 from New Quay and 2 miles of Cross Inn, where Motor Service from Llandyssul to New Quay is available. Building Sites may be had on the premises. Post and Telephone Office in the Village.
