Description: St Davids Club Dinners held at the Prince Albert & the Gogerddan Arms

Transcript:
ABERYSTWITH.— Owing to causes stated elsewhere, we cannot find room for accounts of the grand dinners of the St. David's Clubs, at the Gogerddan Arms and at the Prince Albert. At the latter inn, Pryse Pryse, Esq., Lodge Park, presided as chairman, and John Davies Esq., Pantyvedwen, acted as croupier to one table; and Mr. John Hughes, Laura Place, and Richard 0. Powell Esqs at the other. These gentlemen too, we see, headed the procession, and the whole affair was of a superior character.
