THE MANURE HEAP TRESPASSERS. Jane Lewis, Nags Head, and Sarah O'Brien, Mill-street, were charged with having trespassed on the Corporation manure heap in Smithfield-road on the 14th inst. Defendants had been twice warned. Mr Rees Jones proved the case. Dismissed with a. caution, the bench advising them to procure permission from the Town Council to search the heap.
