ILLICIT MALT MAKING. At a recent petty Sessions at Cardigan, a young woman named Mary Byddyr, of Saint Dogmells upon the prosecution of Mr. Wm. Scott, Supervisor of the district, was convicted of making illicit malt, and fined in the reduced penalty of £ 25, or imprisonment in default. Welshman 10 Sept 1852
