Described in sale report as "The freehold reversion of Royal Oak, or Anghorfa, in the occupation Mr Jenkins, sold to the tenant at £110. Freehold of two houses and gardens, known as Royal Oak, was sold at £185 to Mr. David (?)ams, Glanyrafon, Llanrhystyd." CN 27 Sept 1918.
