Summary: "Now that Emlyn is going to appease the thirst of its inhabitants by erecting a drinking fountain, Adpar, not to be behind in exhibitions, should fix a monument at the spot where the first Welsh Printing Press was set up in Wales. It is a debatable point whether the Drover's Arms or Black Horse Place, the ground where the old Black Horse Inn formerly stood, is the exact spot. " WGWWA 8 June 1905
