Description: Transcript:NEWCASTLE EMLYN. PROPERTY SALE. On Friday. Penrhiwllan Inn, near Henllan, owned by Mr J. H. Evans Brynmarlog, was offered for sale by Messrs. Thomas Jones and Son, auctioneers. The property consists of a double licensed house, outbuildings, and thirteen acres of pasture land, latterly in the occupation of Mrs. Havard, deceased. Bidding was brisk and considerable interest was apparently taken in the sale, but the whole was bought in at £ 800.
