Evans, Penlon Bowls, Newcastle Emlyn; Lamb Inn, Adpar, from the Miss Davieses, to Mr Samuel Jones, Plough Inn, Newcastle Emlyn Ffostrasol Inn, Llangunllo, from Mrs Margaret Davies to Mr Thomas Thomas, Berthlwyd, Llandyssul and the Blaencelyn Inn, Llangranog, from Mrs Elizabeth Evans, to her son-in-law, Mr William Lloyd, of Llwynwermod, Llanllwchaiarn.
