A COW STRAYING. Evan Morgan Butcher's Arms, was summoned for allowing a cow to stray. P.C 6 said that at 3.30 on Sunday afternoon he noticed a cow corning from the direction of the Terrace into Pier-street, with no one in charge. He was going to impound it, when he met defendant. who claimed it. A fine of 1s was inflicted.
