Description: Transcript:Catherine Edwards, keeper of the Swan Inn, Aberystwyth, was summoned under the Married Women's Act, 1870, for neglecting to contribute towards the support of her husband, Thomas Edwards, who had been an inmate of the workhouse since the 8th of June last. Ordered to pay 2s. a week and costs.-
