Pound Offence. Evan Rees, of the Nag's Head Inn, Adpar, charged Thomas Rees, miller, Newcastle-Emlyn, with unlawfully releasing an ass impounded at the Nag's Head Inn, on the 28th ult. The case was settled out of court, defendant being ordered to pay the costs.
