Transcript:EXCISE CASES. - Enos George of Godre, in the parish of
Llangedmore, was convicted on the information of Mr.
Henry Stephens, and Mr. John Gillet Monk, Inland Re-
venue Officers of making four bushels of illicit malt, and fined
in the mitigated penalty of £50. William Roberts of Pwll-y-
broga in the parish of Blaenporth, was also convicted upon
the information and evidence of Mr. Stephens and Mr.
Monk, of making six bushels of illicit malt, and fined in the
mitigated penalty of £50. Mr. George Fletcher, the super-
visor for this district, appeared in each case to prosecute on
behalf of the Crown.
