Description: Transcript:Excise Prosecution. Evan Jones, Three Horse Shoe, Llanfihangel-Ystrad, was charged by Edward Dicker, supervisor,Newcastle Emlyn, for neglecting, on February 24th, to enter on the register a certain brewing, as required by the Excise Acts. Fined £5 with the recommendation to reduce the penalty to £3 10s.
