MORFA BORTH, CARDIGANSHIRE, Valuable FREEHOLD Property for Sale, (Under an Order of the County Court of Cardiganshire, held at Aberystwyth, sitting in Equity.) Mr. G. T. SMITH HAS been instructed to SELL by AUCTION, on FRIDAY, the 23rd day of JUNE, 1871, at the House called the Friendship Inn, in the Village of Morfa Borth, at 3 o'clock in the Afternoon, (subject to conditions then and there to be produced and read, and subject to the approbation of JOHN JENKINS.Esq the Registrar of the said Court, to be afterwards obtained by and at the expense of the Purchaser,) all that FREEHOLD HOUSE, with a STABLE and GARDEN behind, situate at Morfa Borth aforesaid, In the occupation of Richard James and Richard Jenkins, and lately occupied as a Public House or Inn, under the name of the White Lion." The House, which is well built of stone, contains on the around floor Parlour, Kitchen, and numerous Out-offices; and on the first floor 4 Bedrooms. It is situate nearly in the centre of the main street of Morfa Borth, and the Slang of Garden Ground at the back extends to the stream of water running parallel to the line of the Cambrian Railway.
