Joseph Rees, Red Cow, was charged by P.C. Nicolls for refusing to open the door and admit him on Saturday night last, he having heard the voices of several persons inside. After the house was cleared at the back, the door was opened. The magistrates reprimanded the defendant, and told him he was bound to admit the police at all hours, and fined him 1s. with costs
